Pursuant to Section 29 of Republic Act No. 9136 (RA 9136), otherwise known as the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA) and the pertinent provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the EPIRA, and Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Resolution No. 13, Series of 2024, otherwise known as A Resolution Adopting the Omnibus Rules for Customer Choice Programs in the Retail Market (Omnibus Rules), the ERC hereby grants this Retail Electricity Supplier (RES) License to Skye Renewables Philippines Inc.
