Skye signs 12MWp solar PPA with ILECO II in Philippines

The company’s first ground-mounted/grid-connected project is part of Skye’s strategy to start providing off-site renewable energy to corporate clients. The project will allow Skye to continue gaining experience in building and operating large solar (and future wind) projects. The project should break ground shortly.

Skye Renewables is granted RES license in Philippines

In December 2025, Skye Renewables Philippines Inc, received confirmation that the Company has been awarded a Retail Electricity Supplier License (“RES”) by the Energy Regulatory Commission. This license allows Skye to sell, market and aggregate electricity directly to “Contestable Customers” (large consumers like businesses with high demand) in Philippines.

Fuji Oil to implement solar rooftop in Malaysia
