In December 2025, Skye Renewables Philippines Inc, received confirmation that the Company has been awarded a Retail Electricity Supplier License (“RES”) by the Energy Regulatory Commission.
This license allows Skye to sell, market and aggregate electricity directly to “Contestable Customers” (large consumers like businesses with high demand) in Philippines.
